How long will it take for my Bluebird Giftbox to ship?
Bluebird Giftbox care packages typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.
 
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping charges for your Bluebird Giftbox order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 
How does shipping work?
Bluebird Giftboxes are shipped across the United States and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your special giftbox order typically ships within 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.
All Bluebird Giftbox care packages are shipped from Richmond, Virginia via your choice of USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Giftboxes usually arrive to destinations in the mid-Atlantic within one business day, the Northeast and Southeast in two business days, the Midwest in three business days, the Rocky Mountains in four business days and to California and the Pacific Northwest in five business days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and that the carriers do not guarantee delivery dates.
 
If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day, we recommend using Express or Priority shipping.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Bluebird Giftbox anywhere in the United States.
 
What if my order is delayed? 
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
 
Do you have a wrong or incomplete address?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
 
Returns and Exchanges
We take great care to make sure that your gift arrives looking great. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@givebluebirdgiftbox.com and we'll do our best to make it right! Otherwise, due to the time and love that we put into each gift, all sales are final.
